Hey everybody. So I guess the blog I did extra early and apparently wrong will not count for today so I am going to number this as tomorrows so I get credit for both. So I have heard a lot of good things about battle star Galatica and I have been wanting to watch it for a while. My roommate has them on dvd so I guess I might watch them sometime. I enjoyed what we watched today because it reminds me a lot of going to an old aircraft carrier way back in the day. I think the one I went to was the USS Lincoln but I am not really sure. I was not really reminded of this until the scene with all the fighter ships. When they go down and all the ships are roped off with fancy velvet rope so people can look at them like on the old carrier and then when they wanted to use the starboard launch pads they could not. I thought it was funny because it was not like they were blocked off or temporarily out of order but they could not use it because it had been replaced with a gift shop. This reminded a lot of going to the aircraft carrier back in the day because they had a lot of cheesy shit thrown in like rides and gift shops. The funniest part though was that they too out the whole mess hall and threw in a fully operational mcdonalds.
